From the owner

Luxurious and very bright apartment, located in the center of the historic town of Seville (in the Plaza de la Alfalfa). Situated on the first floor of a two story building, with views over a typical Sevillian interior patio with fountain. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2014, including the installation of centralized air conditioning and heating. There are two bedrooms (the master bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen television), a large living space with flat screen Television, and kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine (which is also a dryer), and a microwave with grill functions. Wifi is included with the apartment, and also access to a communal terrace, located on the third floor. This receives a lot of sun and is not often used by the other apartments in the building. Centrally located, the monuments of Seville are all within a few minutes walking distance, including the Giralda-Cathedral, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Casa de Pilatos and Museo de Bellas Artes. The main shopping area of the city is also less than five minutes away (walk), with all kind of boutiques, bars, restaurants and theaters. On the Plaza de la Alfalfa just in front of the apartment you will find local amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés and a local bakery.

Why can't I call Gary (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gary (the owner) a message.

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
