From your private garden area outside the south facing lounge, where you can enjoy breakfast, relax beside the pool ,and keep an eye on the children all within sight. best location on the condominium.Tavira town within walking distance. The magnificent roof terrace (equipped with wind-sensor protected electric awnings) affords total seclusion in which to enjoy all the benefits of outdoor living and superb views towards the mountains.

The ferry to Tavira island runs from the town centre in season and from Quatro Aguas all year round Local taxis are inexpensive There are 2 train stations and a bus station in Tavira

This accommodation was perfect for 6 adults. The kitchen had everything you needed & didn't need. The owner had thought of everything. The outside area was great - sunbathing, eating breakfast & drinks & nibbles on the rooftop on an evening. The location was downhill to Tavira town only 10 minute walk then just a short taxi back. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Hopefully we will be back.

This is a very stylish attractive town house with everything you may need and more. We were a family of six and various ages but it suited all of us as it is very spacious and well layed out. It is very well looked after by Rachel and her team and they are always on hand with any problems you may have. The complex is well looked after and maintained and the pool is clean and very attractive with a children's section. You can eat inside, outside or have a BBQ on the sun roof. Tavira town itself is a delight with lots of restaurants, cafes, great for your evening out and a ferry to the beach, which should not be missed. I would definitely recommend this town house,

Absolutely thrilled with this town house. Spotlessly clean, modern and stylish. The best location on the complex with a poolside view, 2 rooftop terraces with gas BBQ for ease. One terrace mainly sun and the other some shade which suited our party perfectly. The house is south facing so lots of winter sunshine should you go out of season. The agent Rachael is invaluable for local information and can book car hire, restaurants and deal with any issues or queries. Large swimming pool and sunbeds are available. Plenty of outdoor seating on the private patio area at the front of the house and on the rooftop terraces. The walk into town takes 10-15 mins down a series of steps. Of course coming back is a little harder but we enjoyed the walk. Taxis are cheap should you prefer. Tavira is a very quaint river town. Lots of shops and restaurants catering for every purse and palate. Tavira island is a must with the local boat making regular return trips for €1.20. The beaches are long, clean and beautiful. We went to Seville which is 1.5hrs away by car, easily done as a day trip. If golf is your thing it's paradise. I can't sing the praises of this accommodation enough. The photographs do NOT do it justice. Just beautiful. Can't wait to go again.

The Owner, Management Team where great from start to finish. This really is a beautiful modern town house in a perfect and safe little complex. It has everything you need and is a short 10 minute walk to the centre. It makes a great base to explore Portugal and Seville is only an hour and a half away which is a highly recommended visit . Tavira is stunning and this was our fourth visit to the complex and we were not disappointed.

Friendly complex and owners agents great. Will be recommending the accommodation and area to both family and friends. For walking into town there were 120 steps to keep you fit and cycling home was fun forth last part ;) Great restaurants in town and close by if you speak French haha
