Dal porto si puo partire per visitare l'isola dell' Asinara e le Grotte di Nettuno. Molto interessanti il NURAGHE Palmavera a Alghero Fertilia e Necropolis di Anghelu Ruju, sulla strada verso Porto Ferro, dell'era nuragica e prenuragica. Paesaggio storico a magnifico sfondo di spiagge rocciose e di sabbia, con eucalipti e pini marittimi ......e tanto altro ancora.
