From the owner

Lovely family villa (sleeps 6) of approximately 170 m2 living area surrounded with mountain views, an impressive private garden and a non overlooked pool area. The house is peacefully situated 25 km from the Mediterranean Sea on a calm hillside with wonderful sunsets. It has two levels with 3 bedrooms plus a tower room and a roof terrace with breathtaking views over the surrounding Pyrénées, including the highest peak the Pic du Canigou 2.800m, snowcovered Nov. - May.

First floor:

- a master bedroom with a double bed 200x160 cm and a 40" TV

- a second bedroom with two separate beds 200x90 cm

- a big livingroom with a fireplace, dining area and a 55" TV

- a kitchen with dishwasher machine

- a bathroom with WC, bath tube and bidé

- access to the nice pool area and the upper garden

Ground floor:

- a 3:rd bedroom with a double bed 190x160 cm and a 32" TV

- a WC/shower

- a laundry room with washing machine and an extra freezer

- access to the lower garden connected with stairs to the upper garden

Tower room:

- an office/extra room

- a wonderful roof terrace with spectacular 270 degrees free, mountain views

The Mediterranean garden is very inviting with 4 different outside dining possibilities one in the pool area, another one in the garden and a third one under a pergola outside the kitchen. Also a roof terrace offering a 4:th very nice dining/breakfast area and a sundeck. The garden is very private and is enclosed all around with a wall. The villa is located just outside the old French village Le Perthus (275 m altitude) and on the border to Spain. Le Perthus is very lively all year round with one side of the main street in France and the other side actually in Spain. Substancial border shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants and cafés 400 m convenient walking distance from the house.

- Perpignan 30 km

- Barcelona in Spain 160 km

- Many quality golf courses in Spain and France within 50 km, open all year

- Good ski slopes in France (110 km) and Andorra (160 km) open from December until mid April

- The private pool is open May 1:st - October 15:th

- Electricity policy 50€/week included in rent (overdue 0,25€/kWh).

- Please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it or add final cleaning, offered for an extra 120€ (corresponding to max 4 hours cleaning time). Overdue cleaning is charged with 40€/hour.

- Not suitable for small children (under the age of 12)

- Minimum stay 2 weeks (low season 3-4 weeks)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
