From the owner

Les Mimosas is a four bedroom property with a large pool set at the foot of the Pyrenees with breathtaking views of the mountains from all rooms and the pool and garden. Its location offers the peace and beauty of the country with the convenience of a 5 minute drive to the centre of Ceret and a 20 minute walk across the 15th century devil bridge and through the woods. It is a spacious and airy house that combines modern living over two floors. The villa benefits from stunning views, a garden and pool that are not overlooked and are on the edge of a conservation area. It is comfortably furnished in a simple and modern style and has terracotta floors throughout the downstairs and coir carpet upstairs. You have exclusive use of the pool, house and gardens with the addition of a separate sofa bed in the snug room downstairs where the additional shower room is located, very conveniently for use after swimming. It appeals to travellers of all ages and couples and families alike. We have a very responsive manager living locally that is on hand to help as needed.

You enter the villa via a flight of stairs from the parking space in front of the garage and utility area into the spacious sitting dining room which leads onto the kitchen and then out into the garden and pool.

The bedrooms:

Arranged on the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. The master bedroom is large and could accommodate an extra bed or indeed a cot, and has a whole wall of wardrobes. It has a spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool and the mountains. All bedrooms have mountain views and are supplied with table fans.

Downstairs there is a separate entrance to the fourth bedroom with single beds and the en suite shower which could be ideal for teenagers or grandparents. The shower room is also conveniently situated for use after swimming in the pool.

The bathrooms

The main bathroom has a double sink, bath with overhead shower and a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet, sink and bidet which is conveniently placed for use after swimming in the pool.

Getting around

A car is the best way to get around.

There is a regular bus route that travels from Perpignan to Ceret and then up the valley. Cost is ONE Euro!

A sneaky week away

Just spent the nicest week in Anne's house with some friends. Pool amazing, kitchen very well appointed, bedrooms huge. No AC but huge fans in all the bedrooms. You will need a car to get around

How do damage deposits work?

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
