Triplex apartment located in the highest area of the town of Cerler, with excellent views of the Benasque Valley and ski slopes, to comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms (1 of them in loft), living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, garage and storage. It takes 10 minutes walking to the base of the station. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends. Includes indoor parking and storage room for skis and dry shoe for 8 pairs. In the storage room there are some boots and skis of 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140 and 150 cm of free loan. As a curiosity, this apartment is the highest accommodation in the Aragonese Pyrenees, located at 1,620 m altitude. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price. IMPORTANT: NO smoking is allowed in the apartment. NO pets allowed INFORMATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY: Cerler (Sarllé in Aragonese) is a nucleus of population pertaining to the municipality of Benasque and is the highest town of the Aragonese Pyrenees for being nailed to 1,540 meters of altitude. It consists of a small perfectly preserved old town, and a widening with numerous blocks of apartments and hotels that extends to the base of the ski resort Aramón Cerler. Winter tourism, rural tourism and restoration are the economic foundations of the town. Cerler retains all the flavor of the typical villages of the Valley. Despite the proximity of a large tourist center, the town has preserved its historical beauty. Today there is a good road that goes up from Benasque, but until the first half of the 20th century to access Cerler, the founders of the ski resort had to climb on foot from the bottom of the valley, having to spend the night in the houses of the town. This one lacked, among other things, medical service, and in case of necessity, the patients were transported by mules to Benasque. The trip could last more than an hour. Nowadays an excellent newly remodeled road goes to the ski station and to the high mountain barracks of the land army. The town has all the facilities and amenities for tourism, hosting thousands of visitors every year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rubén (the owner) a message.

If Rubén (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
