This stunning apartment is brand-new and has been created with style, comfort, and luxury in mind. It is ideally located in the town of Cernobbio and is a stone's throw from Lake Como and enjoying all the lake has to offer.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, plasma hdtv and wifi, the other with two twin beds which can be converted into a king. One of the sofas in the living room opens to a full king size bed which easily sleeps two. Thus, the apartment can comfortably fit from four to six people.

The ultra-modern living room has two sofas, flat screen tv, satellite tv with english channels including movies, sports, and top tv series. There is free wifi access throughout the entire apartment and it is outfitted with an air conditiong unit in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave plus dining from six-ten people. Additionally, there is a full washer and dryer in the apartment.

Cernobbio is a magnificent lakeside village, perfectly positioned on Lake Como. Boat service accesses all parts of the lake including Bellagio and Tre Mezzo. Cernobbio is the closest town on the lake to both Milan and Switzerland. It is ideal for a tranquil holiday. The main village is absolutely charming and filled with great restaurants, bars, and beautiful boutiques. There are also banks, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, and geletarias in the main village. Public pool, playground, and port are within a five minute walk.

Como is about a seven minute ferry ride and accessible by car and bus in less time. This is a city with many restaurants, shops, and markets as well. It also has an additional pool club and a magnificent port with playground.

This is a perfect family vacation as Italians love children and cater to them. There are several playgrounds within walking distance and a magnificent lake-side carousel.

The property includes secure parking, however car hire may not be neccessary as the apartment is only a short walk to the village here in Cernobbio with lake, ferry, and bus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joy (the owner) a message.

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
