Il trilocale Lario si trova all'interno di una antica corte privata, a disposizione degli ospiti, nel centro storico di Cernobbio, a due passi da Villa Erba e da Villa d'Este, vicinissimo a Como e alla Svizzera.

Completamente ristrutturato e arredato e dotato di aria condizionata, è particolarmente adatto a soggiorni prolungati, a famiglie, anche numerose e a gruppi di amici.

Si trova al primo piano ed è composto da due camere da letto (nella prima camera un letto matrimoniale, nella seconda un letto matrimonile o due letti singoli con possibilità di aggiunta di un terzo letto), due bagni completi con doccia, soggiorno con due divani letto e un letto estraibile e cucina abitabile, completamente accessoriata, con forno tradizionale e forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
