This delightful, quality barn conversion is two miles from the hamlet of Llangwm, near Bala and Betws-y-Coed, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Briws is a delightful, quality barn conversion just two miles from the hamlet of Llangwm, near Bala and Betws-y-Coed, and can sleep four people. The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom, a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and shared external utility. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a lawn and enclosed patio, a hot tub, furniture, a barbecue and a shared picnic bench area by the stream. Briws is a delightful base for your holiday.

Amenities: Biomass underfloor central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Honesty box for additional wood. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars.
