Villa Malu is located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, with magnificent sea views and beautiful view of the Marina of Albufeira. This villa is within walking distance from the beaches and the centre of the town, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are, as well as the famous Fisherman's beach. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere.This villa has Pool table and a ping pong table..This villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 but can request 2 extra fold up beds if needed.

Breakage deposit of €700 if families or €150 each if single groups and or under 27 years is required, this is refunded 24 to 48 hrs after check out.

Change over day is Tuesday.

Check in time is from 4.00 pm and check out time is at 10,00 am.

Baby cot and high chair provided upon request.

This villa has a Tuesday change over day. If single parties and or under 27 years the security deposit is 150 euros each guest, payable upon arrival. If family group the deposit is 700 euros. House and Civil rules must be obeyed.

Amazing villa

I traveled to this villa with a group of 9 friends. The communication with Susana was amazing and we had an incredible time staying at the villa. Would definitely consider staying again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susana (the owner) a message.

If Susana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
