All'interno di una tenuta di 200 ha. di boschi, campi, vigneti e oliveti si trova l'antico complesso di Villa Avanella, comprendente la tradizionale villa signorile di campagna, il tipico fienile toscano e, a circa 150 mt., altri 4 appartamenti ricavati dalle caratteristiche scuole rurali toscane. Tutto il complesso è stato ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche architettoniche degli edifici ed è stato recintato lungo il proprio perimetro. Gli edifici sono arredati con lo stile classico delle ville toscane. la piscina 10x20 vicino alla Villa principale e al Fienile. L'appartamento Villa Avanella 3-Fienile è situato al piano superiore del fienile, dove sono state mantenute le caratteristiche feritoie esterne, pavimento in cotto, travi in legno e lampadari in ferro battuto. L'alloggio comprende 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e, nell'ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo, 1 divano letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno con doccia.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
