Situated in the most desired section of Cesme: ILICA, YILDIZBURNU.

Our three story house house in Ilica is newly renovated, has all the amnenities you may need, and is a short 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute walk from bigger beaches. As you approach the main house on the property, you are greeted with bright blue wooden gates leading to a cobblestone walkway surrounded by vine leaves and azaleas.

The main door opens up to an airy foyer. You will immediately be impressed with wrought iron hand railing, sprawling up to the other floors.

Living room, study, coat closet, kitchen and powder room. You can access the front porch from the living room and back porch from the study area. Both porches are covered and feature outdoor fans.

Second floor features 3 bedrooms but owner's room isn't included in the listing. On this floor you will find a large foyer leading to a bedroom with a Queen size bed and the second bedroom with a single size bed, which offers a balcony. Both rooms have charming custom built closets and fans as well as Air Conditioning. Foyer also boasts a beautiful hand made mosaic tiles and a charming antique mirror with cabinets. Full bathroom can also be found on this floor. All bathrooms throughout the house feature custom built vanities with shelving to store personal items.

Third floor-Attic- has two rooms, each featuring Queen sized beds and plus size single beds, Air Conditioning and custom built closets. The foyer on this floor opens up to the full bathroom. We do not recommend hosting guests with small kids due to the steps. Please note that due to lower ceiling height of the two rooms on this floor there are no ceiling fans, but air conditioners provide ample cool air. You can always open the windows to enjoy the fresh air.

As you can see in the pictures, front porch has ample sitting area to enjoy your newspaper, book or to enjoy your Turkish coffee after breakfast.

Back porch features the oval shaped teak dining table that seats 6, plus a few extra folding chairs to make extra room. A food preparation area which doubles as a buffet featuring hand made lattice cabinets offer ample room so all the necessary items can be brought outside at once, to avoid making multiple trips to the kitchen, which by the way is adjacent to this area with two huge windows that opens up so whoever is in the kitchen can join in the conversations taking place outside.

Kitchen, although not oversized provides everything a family or a group needs from plenty of utensils, cooking gadgets, tea kettle, American coffee machine, dishwasher, cooktop with three gas and one electric burner.
