From the owner

Convenient for Olonzac with its lovely market, this lovely house is located in a very quiet little street in the old part of the village of Cesseras. I think it is probably the most charming. Situated behind the château in the small street between what used to be the ramparts (very little showing now) this house is accessed through the old walls of the château. Don't expect a modern box type house or apartment. This house has many levels and staircases.

You enter by the old kitchen, still with is old worldly charm, now used as a lobby, laundry room and useful storage for prams etc.

The house starts on the first floor to maximise the lovely light that we have in the Minervois. On the first level you have the spacious lounge with TV, DVD, etc and windows that open onto the terrace. To the other side of the landing you have a double bedroom. Up two steps to the bathroom and separate toilet and on to the kitchen /dinning room that has doors and windows on to the sunny south facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cooking and seating space. There is a compact stereo and a glass fronted wood stove. On the terrace you have teak garden furniture, large table and seating for six, there is a movable BBQ and there are a couple of reclining sun chairs available.

Back in the house there is a private staircase to bedroom number 2 with two single beds and a second private staircase off the lounge to bedroom number 3 which has a king size double bed.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
