The apartments are located approximately 500 metres from the Yacht Marina in a prime location which is considered to be the most sought after in the property market in Kusadasi consisting primarily of modern 4 storey apartments and older Villas most of which take advantage of the elevation of the hillside offering superb views of the town, port and bay.

The apartments offer 2 good sized bedrooms (1 which is 12 and the other 15m2, the latter has a double bed and the other single beds) and a living room which accomodates an open plan kitchen. The apartments benefit from having a partial sea view which you can enjoy from the balcony accessible from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as an oven with a hob, a fridge/freezer, a kettle a dishwasher and utensils. Bed linen and Towels (not beach towels) are provided. The apartments have 1 bathroom each which accomodate a toilet, sink with cabinets, a shower cabin and a washing machine. The hot water is provided by an electric powered boiler which you can turn on as required.
A local supermarket, Migros, at 100m is within walking distance although it is uphill partially. Within 250m there are 2 local grocery stores where you are ale to purchase, bread, milk, soft drinks as well as alcoholic beverages and other necessities. A short walk downhill by 50m you are able to take advantage of the local bus, the no.2 which heading south will take you directly to the town centre at a cost of 2tl per person, the journey takes around 10 minutes depending on the time of day, nearby you can also access the no.6 & no.7 bus routes. If you like to walk, it is possible to take a downhill journey to the marina which takes around 10 minutes. The marina and its surrounding streets offer cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The town beach, which offers sun loungers (at rental cost) is located next to the shops, cafes and restaurants and is also at walking distance. From here you can choose to walk along the seafront, take advantage of the extensive choice of local and international cuisine on offer at the restaurants and cafes at which the locals dine. Head towards the town and the port, enjoy the atmosphere of the bazaars or relax at a cafe and watch the ships sail in and out of port.
Heading back to the apartments is as easy as getting to town with the bus, you can take the no.2 from the town centre at the same location as which you departed but this time on the opposite side of the road. Whilst on the bus you may depart at any location you wish simply let the driver know and they will stop at a convenient location. Taxi's stations are prominent throughout the town and it can cost upto 15tl or £3.50 to get back to the apartment.
*The apartment offers electrical shutters for your security and 3 air conditioning units, 1 in each room for your comfort. The electricity and water usage is charged for at €3 per day and unlimited internet access is charged at €2 per day.
There is a communal pool within the complex which is accessible within the summer months, please enquire if you are visiting at fringe months. The pool is closed during the winter months.
If your stay amounts to 3 days or less, the cleaning of the apartment is charged for at €10. If you choose to stay for 4 days or more the cleaning is not charged for, if you require your apartment to be cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged at a cost of €20, this does not include personal laundry services.
