Villa located in Chacras de Coria 12 km from the city of Mendoza and only 5 blocks from the Plaza de Chacras. It has several terraces with wonderful views of Los Andes and Chacras de Coria. House located in Chacras de Coria 12 km from Mendoza City and just five blocks from Chacras Square. It has many terrace with nice views from Los Andes montain and Chacras Valey. Regular Tariff: Full house rent mode is 200 usd per day.

I do not rent to groups of people or friends. Only small dogs are not allowed to enter the neighborhood and the house people who are not staying in it. Group of people are not allow to book Laderas, because of the internado rules of the gated comunity where the house is located.

Safe and Modern. Beautiful place with beautiful view

We stayed for a week and felt like home. Communication with owner was great. Definitely recommend the place for whomever wants to enjoy Mendoza in a safe place surrounded by magnificent landscapes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gona (the owner) a message.

If Gona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
