A magnificent house in the hills, surrounded by pine and deodar trees, Ekam resonates peaceful luxury. The organic, farm fresh, gourmet food here will give you a unique culinary experience. Walk around the fruit plantation, vegetable and herb garden, feed the cows, enjoy picturesque sunsets from your room, meditate in a man-made cave, relish the tasteful, luxurious interiors, and bask in the lap of nature while being pampered with pure peace.

Ekam is available on room basis as well.

Space:

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedroom:

- The villa has 3 bedrooms located on groud floor.

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:

- The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for up to 15 people

- A flat-screen TV, a music system, a Bluetooth speaker are available in the living area

- A PS3, board games, carrom board and a well-stocked library are also available

Bathroom:

- The bedrooms has private bathrooms.

- The bathrooms is modern and has geyser for hot water supply

- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen :

- There are 2 kitchens in the villa.

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier

- Crockery is available for 25 people

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

Meals : 

- Breakfast is inclusive in the tariff

- For vegetarian meals, lunch and dinner are priced at Rs.600 per person, per meal.

- Snacks, beverages and cakes will be menu based at an additional cost

- Ingredients are procured from the organic plantation in the villa premises

- We have an extensive menu from which you can order

Lawn:

- The villa has a huge private lawn and a vegetable plantation on the premises.

- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

Additional Amenities:

- A torch is available

- An iron is available

- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost

- Guests may use the wardrobes

- A medical kit is available at the villa

- Mosquito repellent can be provided

- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost

- Secured parking space for 5 cars is available

Other things to note:

- There is a friendly dog and a few cows in a shed behind the villa

- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution as this is a forested area and wildlife may be present in the vicinity.

- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.

Guest Access:

- Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.

- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

- We can provide accomodation for 2 male staffs at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, including meals.

POLICIES:

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
