Housing-Écrin in nice building in a luxury residence, small apartment very sunny but very cool in summer because private life in the shade after noon (except Kitchen & Bathroom: Very sunny throughout afternoon) and very strategic and well located between the city center (Chambery city Historical Capital of the Dukes of Savoy city center 8 minutes walk & also many large shopping centers a few minutes walk), completely surrounded & identified closely by the rich & green (except snow) Savoy campaigns around this residential area near vineyards (wine-producing region) and farms with fruit trees. Chambery is a wonderful historic city expanding, delicious and precious surrounded by a hilly area abundant with countless hiking (hiking) starting at 2 not walk literally downtown: endless hiking campaign management in handy mountains hills and lakes (Lake Bourget 20 minutes by bike). City surrounded by multiple lush mountains pre-Alps and Alps (near Mont Blanc & Mont Revard & Mont Cenis with its Lac du Mont Cenis etc.), close to major French cities (Lyon and Grenoble 1 h highway or train and Paris 3 hours away by TGV & riviera same). Chambery City near Great Alpine Lakes: Lake Bourget, Lake Annecy, Lake aiguebelette, Lake St André, Lake Challes-les-eaux 5 minutes, and Lac du Mont Cenis in close proximity etc. Proximity multiple Spa Challes waters, Aix-les-Bains, Evian etc. Great close to the Swiss border (Geneva) & Italian (Turin). Chambéry Airport 10 minutes to frequent departures to London, United Kingdom (England). Chambery in the well-known skiers mode stormed throughout the year as required axis for the holidays countryside / hills / lake / mountains & Alpine skiing, strategic axis between France / Switzerland / Italy. Chambery City establishing close connection & perfect between town (city center) / Baths / alpine lakes / hills / countryside / mountains historic ski resorts in fashion (La Toussuire, Chamonix etc): Alpine Lakes: Lake Bourget more largest lake in France, Lac du Mont Cenis in altitude etc. 36m2 apartment with all the comforts located in a luxury building (pool & private tennis condominiums): Quiet & secure: guards & badge entry. Housing made for holidays, composed of a large entrance overlooking a pretty complete bath-tub bath with old with a shower & WC's, its modern washing machine and all the comforts. The entrance also overlooks the living room with sleeping area (double bed) bedding & towels supplied, & his desk for the laptop etc., and its seating area with large TV with fiber optic (150 free channels included in my rate / "VOD" & channels on demand: options not included in my price to pay separately). WI-FI high speed: luxurious high performance fiber optic latest generation currently installed (August 2017). In the living room of 24 m2: as the dining-room: large table for 6 & table, and the sleeping area with comfortable double bed + convertible sofa for two persons: 4 beds (1 single foldable bed for a possible 4th person: up being set aside: 25 € per night). Part sunny kitchen all comforts kitchen linen provided (towels, tablecloths, napkins), Large fridge / double sink (these two factors: a sign of comfort to the exact opposite of the camping-goods / caravan mode), electric plate Double, microwave, kettle, and all the necessities covered pans and pots and pans for four or more (potential guests). Two free pool open seats: 9: 00h-20: 30h. Compulsory deposit € 20 (cash) for the building entrance badge: returned upon leaving. Free Tennis: € 150 bail in cash for input board (if desired), returned upon leaving unless card loss. + € 700 security deposit on arrival returned at the output loss unless an entry bracelet pool: accessory to keep in range of business because at present absolutely in control of security-pool. Large Balcony: table & chairs / clothesline. Total € 700 security deposit for the apartment & loss of an entrance bracelet pool + 20 € each entry badge to the building. + Deposit in case the input card to the tennis court is ask the tenant: 150 €. No noise please after 21h = Rules of the condominium: tranquility guarantee rest and relaxation for yourself & others. Possibility of cleaning (general: vacuum & clean the floor + clean bathroom & kitchen: no washing up): 45 € per cleaning required. Leave the place clean: or possible final cleaning 45 €.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Annie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
