Although we are not lucky enough to live in Chamonix all year round we have a fantastic agent who is on hand should you need assistance. They will meet you at our apartment to show you around where practical and are always contactable by either email, phone, or face to face as their office is only a 5 mins walk away. It is also possible to organise your lift passes in advance, airport transfers or just about anything else extra you can think of to make your holiday perfect. We are also of course personally contactable via both phone and email should you need to reach us, our response statistics and reviews speak for themselves hopefully! Self check in is available.

Nice place on a noisy street but they only had a half a roll toilet paper for 4 adults for 3 nights, no kitchen towels or paper towels, no trash bags. I left a message for these provisions needed and… More

Hi Ginger, We are happy to hear that you thought our apartment was nice but obviously disappointed with regards some of your other points! There are certainly cars going up and down our street but as we are in a very quiet sector of Chamonix we are surprised you found it noisy as there is very little foot fall. We do usually leave 2 toilet rolls in order to get guests through the initial period of their rental, as well as bags for the bins, so please accept our apologies for this not being the case. Consumable items such as these are not usually provided to last the entire stay period by the large majority of self catering apartments in Europe, unlike in hotels. I understand their was a tea towel provided, but as a matter of course we don't leave provide paper towels. Thanks for mentioning the bottle of wine that we leave as part of a welcome pack, along with coffee, tea, tissues, biscuits etc, it is always well received. We'll definitely remove any out of date creamer from the pack though, so thanks for flagging that up! Best regards, David & Laura

Location was ideal - less than 5 min walk to centre and close to main train station, Mer de Glacé and Aquille de midi cable car. Apartment had everything you would need with beautiful views.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
