Charming spacious apartment in peaceful Les Bossons with a mixed alpine feel and Scandinavian touch. With breathtaking views over the Chamonix peaks and Mont Blanc range from the large wrap-around terraces including the famous Bossons Glacier. You feel deep in nature and can hear the river from the terrace!

The space..

Charming spacious apartment in peaceful Les Bossons with a mixed alpine feel and Scandinavian touch. With breathtaking views over the Chamonix peaks and Mont Blanc range from the large wrap-around terraces including the famous Bossons Glacier. You feel deep in nature and can hear the river from the terrace!

This open plan apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is very cosy and has a large wrap around terrace with fantastic views of Les Bossons glacier.

There are two outside parking spaces. There are two spacious wrap-around terraces with a large table and chairs and outdoor sofa. Smoking is permitted on the outside terraces only.

The apartment has central heating.

MAIN ROOM - Open plan living/dining with large sofa/sofa bed and chaise longue, coffee tables and dining table and chairs in the dining area, there are doors to the terrace from the dining area.

MAIN BEDROOM - Double bed with wardrobes either side so plenty

BATHROOM - Modern with toilet and strong shower, shelving and storage.

KITCHEN - Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. Fridge and ice box. Induction hob, convection oven, large sink and dishwasher. There is storage for shoes under the breakfast bar.

TERRACES - There are two large wrap around terraces, both have spectacular views of the Bossons glacier, the forests and mountains. There is a large dining table, a fun swinging chair and an outdoor sofa. You can hear the river from the terraces. The cute little Chamonix train passes twice an hour which is lovely to see as it really looks like a little red toy train and is very quiet. Also very Chamonix!

SKIS, BIKES AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT - These can be left outside on the secure private terraces.

Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Guest access...

The apartment is located in Les Bossons, just 3km down the valley from Chamonix and 3.5 km up the valley from Les Houches. There are many close transport links, also two car parking spaces. The apartment is adjacent to the main road and 1 minute by foot from bus and train stops.

House rules...

Accommodates up to 4 persons and 2 cars only. The apartment is in a block with 5 apartments. The walls are solid and it is a quiet apartment, but please be respectful to the other tenants and keep the noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.

The neighbourhood..

Les Bossons is a quiet neighborhood. There is a bakery downstairs for buying freshly baked bread and if you're up early they should also have freshly baked croissants.

There are multiple hiking trails through the forest within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. It is very peaceful in Les Bossons. There is a beautiful river within 5 minutes from the apartment and you can hear it from the terrace.

There are some excellent dining options within a short walk of the apartment including the restaurant at the Aguille de Midi hotel and La Crémerie des Aguilles.

The Aguille de Midi Hotel has a pool and spa and is just across the road. If you dine with them they permit access to the pool and spa, this would need to be booked in advance.

There are bus and train stops approximately 1 minute away by foot with regular services through the valley.

A car is ideal to get around in/make a quick trip to the supermarket in Les Pèlerins.

How do damage deposits work?
