Enjoying a super central location, this wonderful bijou retreat provides the perfect restful base from which to entertain and switch off, after an action-packed day on the slopes.

Easily reached by lift, this top floor Studio provides an adaptable modern interior in which groups of 4 can relax and unwind.

A cute and captivating interior can be enjoyed in the open plan Living room, which features a lovely sitting area, a flat screen TV, Kitchen Diner and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Mont Blanc and a peaceful area of the resort.

Budding chefs will find the modern Kitchen fully-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge and a freezer.

The beautifully presented Living room is furnished with a very comfortable Double sofa bed and a set of Bunk beds to the hallway; enabling a couple or laid-back group of 4 to easily come and stay.

A modern family bathroom with tub and overhead shower completes the layout of this inviting, well-placed retreat.

The welcoming Studio features in a 6-storey residence with lift access and underground resident parking. The central resort location places guests within easy reach of the Ski shuttle bus, the Ski lift and a public parking area (200 metres away).

The residence enjoys a centrally-located location in the resort, along ‘Promenade Marie Paradis’. Located just 5 minutes’ walk from the buzzing resort centre, the delights of Chamonix await!

A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
