Comfortable wooden Ski, Spring & Summer Chalet located in Montagny, a small mountain village near Bozel, in The Heart Of The French Alps, a 15-20 minute drive from the ski lifts at Champagny and Le Praz for skiing in La Plagne/Les Arcs or Courchevel & the 3 Valleys.

Offering 1 to 14+ night stays.

Chalet accommodation rates vary between £250pppw in January to £400pppw in February half term/New Year.

Minimum group size of 8 in the school holidays (or rates based on a minimum of 8 guests).

Detailed Description of Chalet

GROUND FLOOR - Entry is via a manual push button coded door lock – meaning no keys are required for access and allow guests to arrive at any time of the day or night, 24/7.

On entering the chalet you have a ground floor studio with king sized bed, en-suite shower, wash basin & W.C. Also an amazing 2 person Insignia steam shower room with LED lights, Bluetooth music speakers, rainfall shower, body jets & 2 separate shower risers. WC and wash basin.

AND NEW FOR 2022... A NEW 2.85M X 2.55M STEAM/SAUNA room, with 3 Tier L shaped bench seating, Bluetooth and Mood lighting.

FIRST FLOOR - A door at the end of the entrance corridor opens to steps up to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with separate pantry/utility room & W.C. At the top of the stairs there is an area for coats, shoes and ski clothes, helmets etc, & a separate W.C. The lounge area with 3 large sofas seats 10-12 guests. The new solid Oak dining table and benches seat 16 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an instant heat 3 zone induction hob, extractor hood, large convection oven and grill, microwave, 60cm George Foreman grill, table top electric hot granite stone Pierrade/Raclette grill, food processor & filter/expresso coffee machine with steamer. Full-sized dishwasher-dishwasher tablets are provided. Behind the kitchen a large pantry, which also contains the washing machine & tumble dryer (washing liquid provided). The living room has a fantastic programmable pellet wood burner (real flame), excellent at heating the entire living area and also all of the bedrooms on the floor above.

TOP FLOOR - Climbing the next set of stairs, you come to the top floor with 5 bedrooms containing 7 double beds. Family bath/shower room with separate shower cubicle & in the same room a bath with shower riser & screen,2 wash basins, separate W.C.

The bedrooms on this floor have electric wall heaters, but which are rarely used as the pellet wood burner is so efficient at heating the upstairs bedrooms.

In total in the chalet there are 8 double beds, 4 showers (including an amazing 2 person steam shower), 5 wash basins & 4 W.C.'s. and for 2022 a brand new 16 person Steam/Sauna room .

There is plentiful free parking right outside the chalet.

The chalet comes complete with all bed linen and towels provided, plus bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath & hand wash, and also toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, cleaning sprays and materials.

In the lounge, there is a large 42" full HD TV with English Sky Freeview channels, and via a streaming stick Netflix, You Tube and catch up TV. There is also a DVD player & library of 50+ DVD films (mostly English language). Please feel free to bring your own streaming stick if you have Amazon Prime, or a subscription to Now TV. The cupboard below the TV/DVD contains games such as Rummikub, Cluedo, Scrabble, playing cards & UNO.

Free Wi-Fi and internet is provided and available throughout the chalet.

Sledges x 2 are available for guests to use (more available on request in advance).

The Chalet faces due South, with fantastic views across the valley to the Three Valleys, and the ski station of La Tania (Courchevel) and the start of the Meribel Valley.

On one side of the Chalet there is a 40m2 Sun Terrace, accessed along the balcony from the open plan Lounge area.

On the balcony, you will find 3 comfortable Ikea ‘Poang’ lounging chairs for you to enjoy the stunning Mountain views across the valley towards La Tania. During the daytime, you can watch the skiers and snow boarders skiing down the ski pistes to La Tania (Courchevel).

Binoculars are available in the Chalet to get a closer view of the amazing mountains and skiers on the runs.

How do damage deposits work?
