Large house in southern southern Ardèche. We have just finished the RENOVATION work. POSSIBILITY OF DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE LESS NUMBER. Located 12 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc, a canoe site on the Ardèche, its summer evenings, close to all the strategic points of entertainment, all remaining calm when you return home. We also have at your request a young girl who can take care of your children to leave you a little time between you. For your pleasure we have installed internet at your disposal as well as the telephone for free of course. For children video games in the living room. A large house of 160 m2 on 1600 m2 of private garden with a beautiful above ground SWIMMING POOL (treated in an organic way without chlorine and chemicals) open from July 1st. A completely renovated house with 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom, bathtub with water supplied by gas boiler (never running out of hot water), a toilet, a second bathroom outside (wc, sink) in a chalet near the swimming pool, a large tiled terrace of around 50 m2, a large fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishes and linen, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove and all the equipment necessary to prepare good Provencal dishes as well as a large garden of 2600 m2 with children's games (swing, rings, ladder, etc.) LOAD (current and gas) ARE INCLUDED. no surprises Depart for ballads or mountain bikes at the end of the property Tapering rates depending on duration

Je vous remercie pour la bonne définition de notre maison c’est vrai que Je me suis toujours appliqué pour avoir une maison très Bien équipé pour que les client puisse passer du bon temps. Par contre pour ce qui est du ménage je prends une femme de ménage à chaque départ de clients qui fait le ménage de la maison entièrement alors peut-être que elle a omis d’enlever le sac en plastique des deux poubelles cité c’est possible mais par contre pour la propreté la maison est toujours donné très très propre même si le client a laissé la maison très propre la dame repasse derrière et refait le ménage comme nous avons fait derrière vous aussi et elle est payé pour ça est il est vrai que vous m’avez appelé pour le robinet qui fermer mal mais c’était la première fois que quelqu’un me parler de ce robinet qui ne fermez bien pas à ce jour bien sûr après votre départ il a été changé mais que voulez-vous que je suis pas dans la maison toute la journée pour savoir ce qui marche ce qui marche pas ou qui peut tomber en pa nneUne fois que vous me signaler par téléphone le problème je voulais évidemment rappeler pour vous expliquer comment faire avec ce robinet thermostatique qui est vrai n’est pas un robinet traditionnel Pour la lumière qui éclaire la piscine la nuit malheureusement pour vous elle a été arrachée par des gens juste la semaine avant vous quand je m’en suis aperçu samedi je l’ai commander immédiatement une nouvelle lumière Amazone chose qui est faite aujourd’hui puisque de nouveau la lumière est revenu dans la piscine mais malheureusement je n’ai pas des vendeurs de lumière dans le petit village comme vous avez dit nous sommes dans un village rural est perdu donc on a pas à côté des magasins qui vendent les accessoires de piscine et surtout cela éclairage sous l’eau et puis il serait dure de pouvoir le réparer avant votre arrivé départ des clients avant vous 10h et votre arrivée que j’ai autoriser plus tôt que normal pour vous faire plaisir . Pour la caution de 500 € elle est demandé depuis six ans à tous les clients qui viennent chez nous mais je crois que vous pouvez regarder dans toutes les autres locations ça peut appeler jusqu’à 1000 et 1 500 € . c’est tout à fait normal on vous donne une maison avec du matériel intérieur au cas où vous casser quelque chose voilà Comme vous l’avez dit dans votre message la taxe de séjour est obligatoire en France depuis quelques années je crois 4 ou 5 ans. des sociétés comme Airbnb ou Abritel le font payer aux clients de la réservation à ce jour Tripadvisor ne S’occupe pas de la taxe de séjour donc on est bien obligé de vous la prendre en plus c’est pas une ruine 39 € pour la semaine En tout cas je suis très heureux que vous est passé des merveilleuses vacances et j’espère que vous passerez chez nous une prochaine la lumière bleue remarchera et et le robinet a été changé donc vous aurez plus de problème de robinet de douche je vous souhaite de très bonnes vacances chez nous ou ailleurs à très bientôt Thank you for the good definition of our house it is true that I have always applied to have a house very well equipped for customers to have a good time. On the other hand as for the household I take a maid with each departure of customers who cleans the house entirely so maybe she failed to remove the plastic bag of the two bins cited it is possible but on the other hand for the cleanliness the house is always given very very clean even if the customer has left the house very clean the lady goes back behind and does the cleaning as we did behind you too and she is paid for it is it is true that you called me for the faucet that shut down badly but it was the first time anyone told me about this faucet that does not close so far of course after you left it was changed but what do you want that I am not in the house all day to know what works what does not work or who can fall in the field Once you report to me by phone the problem I obviously wanted to remember to explain how ire with this thermostatic faucet that is true is not a traditional faucet For the light that illuminates the pool at night unfortunately for you it was ripped off by people just the week before you when I realized it Saturday I'm I immediately ordered a new light Amazon thing that is made today since again the light came back into the pool but unfortunately I do not have light vendors in the small village as you said we are in a rural village is lost so we do not have next to the stores that sell the pool accessories and especially this underwater lighting and then it would be hard to be able to repair before your arrival customers leave before 10 am and your arrival that I authorize more early than normal to please you. For the deposit of 500 € it is asked for six years to all customers who come to us but I think you can look in all other rentals it can call up to 1000 and 1 500 €. it is normal to give you a house with indoor equipment in case you break something here As you said in your message the tourist tax is mandatory in France for a few years I think 4 or 5 years . companies like Airbnb or Abritel make it pay to the customers of the reservation so far Tripadvisor does not mind the tourist tax so we have to take it and it's not a ruin 39 € for the week In any case I am very happy that you had a wonderful holiday and I hope you will spend next time the blue light will come again and and the tap has been changed so you will have more problem of shower faucet I wish you to very good holidays at home or elsewhere very soon

How do damage deposits work?
