Maria luxury villa is developed in three levels.

Ground Floor: with fully equipped kitchen / diner with private

veranda, Open passage to hallway & living room. Fully furnished

living area with fireplace with hot air ventilation system, flat wide

screen satellite TV. Double bedroom with private veranda, with

satellite TV. Bathroom with shower.

First Floor: with two double bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms

fully equipped and with Jacuzzi bath tabs. Each bedroom with

satellite TV and balconies with fantastic views. Davenport is

included in one of the bedrooms. Hallway landing with a hidden

kitchenette equipped with sink and mini fridge. The First floor

hallway has a front and back exit to spacious balconies with 360°

panoramic views.

Basement of 130 m2: including fully equipped Gym area with

dumbbell set, also including Steam shower cabin featuring

hydrotherapy back massage. Separate small bathroom with

shower. Lounge area for movie projection.

Exterior Features: Wonderful front porch with traditional arches,

including furnished outdoor lounge area with garden and pool

view. Large pool with children's paddling pool, with sun beds,

tiled deck with outdoor shower & grass area around the pool.

Barbeque area with oven, grill and wash basin with tiled covered

pergola & outdoor furnished diner.

Direct phone dial and Wireless broadband internet access, spacious wardrobes in each bedroom, washing machine, Iron with ironing board. Bed linens, towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied. Linen change and cleaning two times a week. Check in from 13.00, check out by 12.00. If you require checking out later than 12 o' clock it will be arranged if possible upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
