From the owner

Our block consists of two independent villas that are located in Kato Stalos , next to cosmopolitan Platanias. Just 150 meters away from the sea, and 7km (4.3 miles) away from the beautiful town of Chania, our newly built villas are suitable for an amazing vacation any time of the year.

The buildings themselves are equipped with carefully picked furniture, state of the art electrical equipment as well as a beautiful private pool to relax and enjoy the sun.

You can also find all sorts of utilities near the block, such as public means of transport, banks, super markets, shops etc.

The area that the villas are located is quiet and ideal for families and friends that want to relax.

In case you want to travel around Chania or even Crete, there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away from the villas where frequent busses come by and can take you in almost every corner of the island.

The unique hospitality of Crete and the charm of Chania, will truly amaze each and every visitor. We expect you to visit us and experience this!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Konstantina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
