This apartment is situated in the centre of Chania, 5-10 only minutes walκing from the old and new town port the

marine beach venecian old harbour,central bustation with departures every half hour for all directions of crete.It is next to the previous apartment on the ground floor with access through a wide common hallway from the street. It has two entrances; of which gives direct access to a large, secluded yard. There are parking spots on the street and all the facilities are very close. It has two bedrooms with 3 single beds, and a\c each of them,a bathroom, a small kitchen.It has an electric water heater for hot water and plumbing for a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also the possibility of free access to the internet. The yard is about 90 sq. m., of which ¾ is paved with slabs while the rest is a small garden with space to plant flowers or vegetables and a lemon tre

If you are looking to stay for a long period of time at a central hotel in Chania, then this is undoubtedly the better choice at a very reasonable price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Plastiras (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
