Bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and three twin rooms, plus another double pull out bed in the living room. All rooms have wardrobes or cupboard spaces.

Large central heated caravan on Golden Palm Resort, a 1 minute walk to all local amenities, Club Tropicana and the beach.

The caravan is fully equipped to a high standard and will include:

The Golden Palm arcade and casino where you will find all the latest video technology and an all cash area for Over 18's, or try your luck on the Prize Bingo.

Feeling hungry? don't feel like cooking? No problem There are plenty of choices for take-away food outlets in the shopping complex, including traditional Fish & Chips, Chinese Take Away, Kebabs and Pizzas etc.

Retail Outlets:

Golden Palm retail outlets sell everything from, Newspapers, Sweets, Bucket and Spade, T-shirts, Beach wear etc.. etc.. All without having to leave the Complex.

Beach:

The sandy beach is very close by, just a few minutes walk from Lincoln Park. The miles of sandy beach also has a promenade where you can walk in both directions either along the coast to Chapel St. Leonards Village in one direction, or along the coast to Ingoldmells in the opposite direction, either way you will be enjoying the views and get plenty of fresh air.

Holiday Park Facilities:

Pub/Club, Amusement Arcade, Indoor Pool, Laundrette, Crazy Golf, Grocery Shop, Takeaway, Club Tropicana entrance ranges from £1 - £3 per night and family passes are available for a family of four at approx. £35 for the week. Prices for the swimming pool are approx £3.50 per session. Exact prices for entrance to Club Tropicana, swimming pool or any other activities can be found by contacting the venues directly.

We operate a key handling service with the site and will provide guests with a key authorisation form prior to their holiday. We would highly recommend Club Tropicana which is located on Golden Palm Resort. Great food, great prices and great entertainment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
