The Wintberg Villa is a luxury home located off of Skyline Drive in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. 3 bedroom air conditioned home with an additional 1 bedroom apartment. PRIVATE full size tennis court, basketball rim, sundeck & a huge 8 ft deep pool!

The Wintberg Villa is in a prime location with easy access to Charlotte Amalie (town), world- famous beaches, scenic lookouts, grocery stores, gas stations, the movie theater, Tutu Park Mall and so much more!

The space

The Wintberg Villa is the perfect home for families, friends, children and large groups. Centrally located in St. Thomas, the Wintberg Villa is less than 5 minutes away from world-famous beaches and restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores, gas stations, tourist attractions and much more.

Guest access

The Wintberg Villa is equipped with its own private, 4-car driveway w/ an automatic gate, large 8-ft deep swimming pool, newly renovated tennis court with a basketball rim, pool hut w/ a grill and a large sun deck. The Wintberg Villa is two stories, comprised of 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and an additional 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment; totaling 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms are equipped with a remote controlled air-conditioner. The villa also has many windows and doors with screens that cool the house.

Kyle & Sydney are available by phone, email and text.

We are available to give directions, resturant suggestions, lists of must see attractions and things to do, etc.

Our guests also receive a local gift upon their arrival to the Wintberg Villa!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Sydney & Kyle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
