Notre Chalet LAURETTE à Châtel est un chalet de 150m² pour 8 personnes, avec 4 chambres

Le chalet se trouve à 150 mètres de la télécabine et des pistes du LINGA qui donnent accès à tout le domaine des portes du soleil. L'accès aux pistes se fait à pied en 2 minutes.

A 150 mètres se trouve également le départ de toutes les navettes gratuites, pour tous les endroits de la station (village, piscine, patinoire, intermarché, pré la joux...)

A côté de la télécabine du linga (150 mètres du chalet) vous trouverez l'école de ski Chatel sensations

Le chalet est très agréable hiver comme été.

Son Orientation est : sud est balcon, vue sur le Linga (montagne) et sud-ouest terrasse de derrière vue sur la montagne, le Mont de Grange.

Le chalet se trouve en retrait de la route principale qui mène à Pré La Joux très au calme sur un petit chemin privé. En hiver, les enfants peuvent faire de la luge juste dans le champ derrière le chalet. Et en été comme en hiver Ils peuvent jouer autour du chalet sans aucun risque,

L'hiver, nous avons un contrat de déneigement, pour notre parking et chemin privé.

Un partenariat avec les magasins de location près du chalet, vous permet de profiter de remise pour la location de votre matériel de ski.

Vous démarrez votre journée de ski en France, pour la poursuivre en Suisse… Vous pouvez admirer, les Dents du Midi et le Mont-Blanc... Bienvenue à Chatel !!! Venez découvrir le fabuleux domaine skiable des Portes du Soleil, le plus grand espace international relié au monde.

Hébergeur multipass: Nous participons au Multipass Eté de la mi- juin à la mi-septembre : qui offre pour 3 € par jour et par personne, de nombreuses activités en illimitées dans toutes les stations des portes du soleil : piscines, tennis, remontées mécaniques piétons, petit train, patinoire couverte, musées.

Le chalet dispose à l'extérieur de :

-2 terrasses exposées S/E et S/O avec tables, chaises, BBQ plancha gaz, parasols, chaises longues.

-1 parking privé pour 4 véhicules

-Une grande pièce à vivre d'environ 50 m² avec plancher chauffant, comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, presse agrumes, 2 appareils à raclette, 2 appareils à fondue ....une salle à manger, un salon avec poêle à bois (bois à disposition). Grand écran plat LED (Télévision française et anglaise), lecteur DVD, station Ipod. Internet WIFI dans tout le chalet, Jeux de société, puzzles, jeux de cartes, et bibliothèque.

Pour Noël et Nouvel an, vous trouverez un joli sapin au chalet et toute la magie d'un Noël à la montagne

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
