Penthouse Caribou provides the perfect location to base your family and friends for a ski holiday. The Penthouse is extremely spacious, larger than many alpine chalets with 6 bedrooms and plenty of living and seating space for everyone.

The Penthouse is arranged over 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the top with 3 of the bathrooms being en-suite. All the bedrooms are modern in décor and furnishings with quality beds and linen.

Large patio doors open from several rooms onto balconies overlooking the mountains and the pistes. From here you can watch torchlit descents on the piste or even take part in one yourself!

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with range hob and oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. As well as the kitchen table and bar, the dining space has a large table with seating for 20 people.

The Penthouse has a large fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofas and a supply of logs perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

The mezzanine games rooms has a full sized pool table, 50" flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite TV. WiFi is provided free and throughout the apartment.

Parking for two cars is provided and there is lift access to the Penthouse. Downstairs there is an extra large heated boot room to store all of your equipment and ensure everything is dry for the next day

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Frederic (the owner) a message.

If Frederic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
