Bed and Breakfast of charm, very quiet, in the heart of the historic center of Chatelaillon-Plage. La Novia is located 250 meters from the large sandy beach of the resort, with direct access by pedestrian street. We will welcome you on the floor of a house of typical Châtelaillonnais style. This single room with independent access is composed of a comfortable bed 160 X 200. A tisanière, NESPRESSO coffee maker and a mini bar are at your disposal as well as a flat screen TV (fiber, CANAL +). Free Wifi access. For a stay of young parents, a cot, a high chair are put at their disposal. Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, basin, hairdryer, heated towel rail. Private WC. The hearty breakfasts, served in your room, on the terrace in fine weather or in the dining room, will be an opportunity to sample local products and homemade jams. For the comfort of everyone, the room is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Luc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
