Just steps away from Forest Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home boasts wonderful views of Nantucket Sound from inside and out. The first floor has a comfortably-furnished living area, den with queen sleep sofa and large flat-screen TV, kitchen and full bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, one with a queen bed and private balcony, the other with a full bed, twin bed and private balcony. The third bedroom and bathroom are located in an adorable studio cottage just behind the house, complete with a kitchenette, TV and window AC unit. There have been many updates including gleaming hardwood floors and some newer furnishings. Amenities include central AC on the first floor and stand-alone units in each of the second floor bedrooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, Wi-Fi, patio, both gas and charcoal grills, enclosed outside shower as well as a nicely furnished deck in the front of the house overlooking the marsh and sound.
