Our Chattanooga Bungalow has many extras you will not find in other rentals!

Chattanooga's newest vacation home! Our newly renovated bungalow has a fresh new take on Chattanooga in the early 1900's. The home is full of 'all things Chattanooga'.

Guest Access

Our home has some newer technology that includes 2 USB plugins right in the outlets, Internet TV on all 5 flat screen TV's which includes paid subscriptions to Netflix and HuluPlus. We take advantage of some green technologies that are energy efficient which are better for all of us and keep our day to day costs low, for better rental rates!

Interaction with Guests

We do not live in our vacation home, so you do not have to see us at all. Of course we will be available anytime day or night if you need anything or if you have any questions. We will also be by for yard maintenance; depending on how long you stay, you may see us.

The Neighborhood

Our Bungalow is located in North Chatt, also know as the North Shore. This area is full of families, restaurants, boutiques, parks & America's #1 Museum Magnet School. Art is a huge part of our trendy community, you will see it everywhere! We are located 1 mile from Coolidge Park which is located right on the Tennessee River. You will find lots of runners, bicyclists and leisure walkers on every street. The neighborhood also features a brand new Publix grocery store less than a mile away. Ask us for details about grocery delivery.

Getting Around

Chattanooga offers a free electric shuttle, which has a stop right on Frazier Avenue. Just hop on and ride across the river to even more shops, restaurants, The Tennessee Aquarium, Majestic Movie Theater, Imax, etc (check out gocarta.org for shuttle schedule & maps). Rent a bike! Chattanooga Bicycle Transit System allows you to self pay, grab a bike and ride! You can pick up a bike at one location and return it to another! (see bikechattanooga.com for details). Traffic is not heavy on the North Shore, so you can always drive your own car!

We enjoyed our stay and found Grace to be a gracious hostess. The decor was very cool and the zone was close to all the things we wanted to visit. Comfortable beds and good internet.

Why can't I call Grace (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Grace (the owner) a message.

If Grace (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
