Description

The owner wanted to find a quiet place in the mountains, surrounded by green settings, and coconut trees, with breathtaking view out to the Gulf of Thailand, yet very close to the airport, hospital, main shopping areas and beaches. And the dream came true when she found this very secluded location, in the mountain side of Chaweng Noi. The house was then build and decorated by one of the most renowned designers of the island, with high quality materials in a bright and luxurious style. Guests indulge in a home of the best in modern living combined with the exotic feeling of living out in the jungle.

The main level is all open plan living, complete with up-market furnishings, imported stone floors, concertina doors and windows to bring the outdoors indoors, and a large sun-deck. There is also a magnificent, south facing infinity pool with the most stunning view surrounded by tropical foliage. A light breeze drifting through the wide open windows will allow you to cool down from your day at the beach.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen including a Segafredo Coffee System, a living room with the latest in technological entertainment: large screen SatTV, Apple Tv, DVD player, sound system and hi-speed wifi; a world at your hand in the heart of paradise.

Down a few steps a fitness room has been equipped with a running machine, an elliptical bike, yoga mattress and weights ,a sofa bed for occasional sleeping and a bathroom. The room has been designed to workout while enjoying the view and surroundings. Air con and fan are also available.

The top floor houses three bedrooms all en-suite: the master bedroom has a king size bed, Ocean view room has a queen size bed. The two rooms have amazing sea views and terrace. The third one has large bunk beds (3.5 feet) and a terrace opening to the jungle, perfect for children or young adults to experience tropical living. Each bedroom is equipped with air con, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player.

The villa is set on the Hills of Chaweng Noi Beach in a private residence with only high- end private villas. It is only 300m away driving uphill from the Ring Road between Chaweng to Lamai, the 2 main tourist area of Samui. The entrance is through a security gate to the secluded front garden to the home.

The villa offers a 1 x weekly linen and a mid week towel change .

Maid service is available .

Bed linens, pool / beach towels, and bathroom amenities are provided.

One way airport transfer is complimentary.

Upon request, we can organise car rental including delivery / pick up.

This is indeed the perfect place, if you are looking forward to relaxing in green surroundings, in a quiet place, with fantastic see views, while being few minutes away from the vibrant resort of Chaweng with it's many shops and Central Festival Samui shopping complex, massage treatments Spa's, restaurants, bars and off course the white sandy beaches of Chaweng.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
