I am a private owner and I firmly believe that is part of my job to do as much I can to let you have unforgettable memories of your stay, therefore I am at your disposal for any need or request during your stay but hopefully everything goes perfectly you only will meet me when you arrive so you will spend your holidays in absolute PRIVACY!

My villa was built in one floor and has a strategic location in South Tenerife. Located in a very quite and feature area known as "LA FLORIDA" which includes only private villas, it remains only a few minutes away from the South Airport Reina Sofia and from the most well known Golf courses on the island as Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course.

Just a few minutes’ walk away there are 2 well known residential villages, LA CAMELLA and VALLE SAN LORENZO, where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay as several bars, coffee shops, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and restaurants.

If you want to visit the most famous tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas you need to drive only 10 minutes so you can enjoy golden beaches and shopping centers as the biggest European shopping center SIAM MALL just beside the biggest European water park SIAM PARK the 2015 number one worldwide travelers choice.

Just above the villa there is a bus stop and you could get a bus every 40 minutes to reach the central bus station of Los Cristianos and from there you could reach any point of the island then.

The island offer also a lot of types of activities and sports to practice on open space such as sailing, windsurfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking and horse-riding. You could also enjoy one of many spa as the well known SPAZIO 10 in Las Americas just beside the golf course and the free Athletics stadium.

The main feature of my villa is to have a breathtaking ocean view from any point of the interior of the property.

Recently renovated it has a beautiful artificial grass garden of more than 100 sq. meters, two comfortable wooden pergolas, a BBQ area with table and chairs and a private heated (optional - 60 euros extra per week) pool with amazing ocean view and South coast view.

The front terrace is more than 200 sq.m. in only one level and it is totally private as nobody can overlook it. I also provide 6 comfortable sunbeds to enjoy relaxing sunbathing.

Obviously you have at your disposal a 300 Mg byte Symmetric Optical Fibre which allow to navigate with the fastest Wi-Fi connection, and a satellite system to receive more than 500 TV channels including a lot of UK TV channels.

On the front side of the property there is a double sized garage with an automatic door big enough to park 2 normal cars. Please note that the maximum height of the garage is 185 cm therefore vans or similar cars doesn't fit. Outdoor public car parks are available (for free) on the back road of the villa which is just 100 meters away.

On your arrival you will have a welcome package composed of bags of Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks and fruit on your arrival.

Resuming I am convinced that you will not regret if you decide to book your holidays in VILLA EVELYN!

Please be aware that, according to BOC decree of 12 November 2020, all tourists will have to provide a negative diagnostic test for COVID-19. This test will be valid only if carried out no more than 72 hours before arrival. The same decree specifies that a quick test is valid and the cost should not exceed 40 euros. We are aware that this is a small additional cost to be incurred and for this reason we have decided to lower the cost of the stay for the entire period in which the decree will be in force, thus fully or partially assuming the cost of the test, while maintaining the same quality of the service provided to date. We will provide a change of bed sheets and towels for bookings longer than a week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabio (the owner) a message.

If Fabio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
