Das gepflegte Ferienhaus im sonnigen Süden von Teneriffa verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von 80 qm auf zwei Etagen.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit stilvollem Essbereich, die gut ausgestattete, neu eingerichtete Küche, sowie eine Gästetoilette. Von hier aus haben Sie bequem Zugang zur privaten Terrasse mit romantischem kleinen Garten. Benutzen Sie den anderen Ausgang, kommen Sie zum Gemeinschaftspool. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie die zwei lichtdurchfluteten Schlafzimmer (mit Klappläden zum Verdunkeln) mit jeweils einem Balkon, sowie das gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Die beiden geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer verfügen über geräumige Einbauschränke. Im größeren Zimmer ('Rojo') gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Schreibtisch, einen Safe und einen Regalschrank.

Für Aktiv-Urlauber wird ebenfalls jede Menge geboten: Ob Wassersport, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Wandern,Golfen oder Tanzen - alles ist in nächster Nähe machbar. Besonders Latinotänzern geben die Vermieter gerne persönlich Auskunft über die örtlichen Aktivitäten, da beide seit Jahren leidenschaftliche Salsatänzer sind.

Chayofa ist der ideale Ort für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub, mit allen Möglichkeiten zu Naturexpeditionen und anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten und auch das volle Nachleben in kurzer Reichweite. Dennoch wohnen Sie fernab vom Touristenrummel in privater Atmosphäre! Das ist einfach genial! Der ruhige und gepflegte Villenvorort liegt fünf Autominuten nordöstlich der turbulenten Touristenzentren Los Cristianos und Playa de las Américas am Fuße des Parque Nacional de Las Cañadas del Teide mit seinen vielfältigen Wandermöglichkeiten. Da Chayofa nur ca. 300 m über Meereshöhe liegt, genießt man hier das ganze Jahr über ein gemäßigtes mildes Klima mit sehr wenig Regentagen.

Durch seine bevorzugte Lage hat man von Chayofa aus einen fantastischen Panoramablick auf Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, den Atlantik mit der Insel 'La Gomera') im Hintergrund sowie auf die Berge des Teide Nationalparks. Trotzdem sind die weitläufigen, gepflegten, hellen Sand-Strände von Los Cristianos und Playa de las Americas nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Dort kommen Sonnenanbeter das ganze Jahr über auf ihre Kosten. Ebenso laden die unzähligen Geschäfte von einfach bis exklusiv-luxuriös zum ausgiebigen Shoppen ein. Das Nachtleben in Los Cristianos und Las Americas hat für jeden und jedes Alter etwas zu bieten. All diese Vorzüge machen Chayofa zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt mit optimalem Wohnkomfort.

How do damage deposits work?
