Machen Sie Urlaub in einer exklusiven Ferien-Villa, idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, und trotzdem nur wenige Minuten entfernt zu den schönsten Stränden im Süden Teneriffas und vielen Touristen-Hotspots.

Die Villa verfügt über einen privaten Pool (ca. 28 Grad beheizbar) in einer schönen abgeschlossenen Poollandschaft, inklusive Barbecue. Ein moderner Gasgrill steht für ihr Barbecue bereit. Die Terrassen, der Balkon und der Poolbereich laden auf vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum verweilen ein und bieten Ihnen einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik bishin zur Nachbarinsel La Gomera.

Unser Haus verfügt insgesamt über 5 Schlafzimmer inkl. modernen Einbauschränken. Vier davon befinden sich im 1. OG, ebenso 2 luxuriöse Bäder. Ein Schlafzimmer inkl. Waschmöglichkeit und Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.

Der Wohnbereich besteht aus einem sehr großzügigen Salon inklusive Essbereich und offener amerikanischer Küche.

Die exklusive Küche, natürlich voll ausgestattet mit Kochfeld, Ofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Saftpresse, Mixer und Toaster, bietet Ihnen umfassende Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung.

Eine Waschmaschine ist in einem Hauswirtschaftsraum vorhanden.

Wäscheservice (Waschen, Trocknen, Bügeln) bieten wir gegen Aufpreis gerne an.

Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für Urlaub unter Freunden, Ihre Familienfeier oder ihr Firmenevent, sie ist bedingt durch die Lage in einer Villengegend weniger geeignet für Junggesellenabschiede.

Unser Haus befindet sich im Villenort Chayofa, der zentral im Süden Teneriffas liegt. In wenigen Gehminuten befinden sich Tennis- und Padel-Plätze, der für jung und alt geeignete Park Las Aquilas Jungle Park, sowie Restaurants und Bars in kanarischem und kubanischem Ambiente. 3 bzw. 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der Wasserpark Siam Park, die Shopping-Mall Siam Mall, die Touristenorte Los Cristianos und Las Americas sowie unzählige wunderschöne Atlantikstrände. Hervorzuheben ist hier der malerische Strand Bahia del Duque.

Spielen Sie Golf? Es stehen Ihnen 5 Plätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung.

Die Wanderparadise rund um den Pico del Teide, dem Chinyero, Vilaflor, Ifonche und dem Barranco del Infierno liegen nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Sehr gerne beraten wir Sie vor Ort über die schönsten Touren auf der Insel.

Auch für ihren Tauchgang, ihren Paragliding-Tandemflug oder eine Motorradtour stehen wir gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!

Internet WLAN (WIFI), Fernseher und HIFI sind vorhanden und kostenlos.

Auf Wunsch kann der Pool ab Oktober gegen eine Gebühr von €15/Tag auf ca. 28 Grad beheizt werden.

How do damage deposits work?
