Continental Breakfast & Happy Hour Included**!! Casa Amigoville is a true hidden gem situated on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mexico. The gulf has been dubbed the Flamingo Coast for the 10's of thousands of pink flamingos that live here year-round. Cenotes, golf, salt flats, ancient ruins, 7 wonders of the world, walks on the beach, kayaking, shelling, great food, palm trees, coconuts and lots of sunshine. The Yucatan has a lot to offer and our home is right in the middle of it all! We are offering the "Caribbean Queen" Tropical studio room in our home, in a safe family community near Chelem's town square. This is a self-contained suite with a private entrance, super comfy queen size bed, 3 pc private bath (shower only). Kitchenette features: sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge w/freezer, toaster, blender, and eating island. Dishware & utensils provided. Initial coffee and bottled water provided. Linens, towels, iron, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler supplied.

The room is an open concept (one large room) with a queen-size bed, large dresser, flat-screen TV, satellite tv, DVD player, good selection of movies, free wifi, and a safe large enough for a tablet and personal belongings. The studio suite has plenty of natural light, A/C (Extra Charge), a ceiling fan, ocean breezes, and a fun tropical vibe.

Our secure, private yard features an amazing swimming pool, loungers and chairs, hammocks and nice shaded palapa area for hot summer days. Relax in the hammock or hammock chair and read, enjoy your favorite cocktail or wine or just enjoy watching palm fronds sway in the breeze. You can enjoy our large shared deck and outdoor kitchen, BBQ and loungers – or float in the pool and you can feel the stress just melt away. There is air conditioning (extra fee). Laundry service upon request (extra fee). Free on-street parking only. Casa Amigoville is great for couples, solo or business travelers. A definite, fun, casual tropical vibe can be felt throughout the property. We look forward to hosting you at our little oasis "Casa Amigoville".

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kenn and Coco (the owner) a message.

    If Kenn and Coco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
