As on my previous visits, Bushcombe House Farm once again continues to offer a high standard of comfortable very well maintained accommodation for their market. Mr and Mrs Badham, the Proprietors are very much to be commended on the continued investment and maintaining of these

high standards helping ensure that the property sits very comfortably overall at the upper end of the Four Star Self Catering rating band. Sectional Consistency scores also being well met at this level.

It is also a pleasure to again reconfirm the Gold Award for another year, reflecting the care and attention afforded by the Proprietors. Fully deserving and a credit to you both. Many congratulations!

Detached Cotswold stone farmhouse situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated above Woodmancote near Bishops Cleeve, the farmhouse enjoys incredible panoramic views across Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and towards the Malverns. Bushcombe House Farm has been extensively renovated to a high standard throughout. From the driveaway a short flight of steps leads to porch and through to ground floor access. The downstairs comprises spacious hallway, leading to 30sq m (300 sq ft) open-plan kitchen diner with level access to garden terrace through patio doors. Also downstairs, the main lounge with gas fire, TV & DVD player, a snug, downstairs toilet, cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer. The hallway leads upstairs to five bedrooms and a family byathroom. The two largest bedrooms also feature en-suite shower

We have a local provider who can supply a 7 seater or 4 seater hot tub , and any extras you want This is an extra chargeable cost between the guest and the provider and the normal rates start at £200 for a seven seater for a weekend

The property is set in 11 acres of ground which leads up to Cleeve Common. Some of the ground has been cleared to enable guests to enjoy the privacy and views this site enjoys. It is possible to see the GWR steam train leave the station at the Race Course and travel towards Gotherington.

There are two sheds outside for storing bikes and a carport/garage , there is car parking for three/four cars on the drive..

Guests normally arrive after 4pm on the day of the booking and we would request that guests leave by 11 am of the departure day. This gives us time to clean the property ready for the next guests. We may be able to accommodate different times by prior agreement and for an additional charge.

We have a strict no smoking policy and we do not allow candles or any other fire risk

We have a CCTV system scanning the driveway, this was installed to protect the property when it is empty.

Thee is gas central heating and a gas fire in the lounge

Finally Tesco in Bishops Cleeve do provide a home delivery service . If you would like to arrange this option , so your food is ready for you , please call Tesco

Well stocked comfortable home from home with amazing views. Close to amenities and a superb restaurant. My daughter’s family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend.
