This well appointed three sides open corner villa with floor to ceiling windows is located in Laguna Village. The resort occupies a prime position near the famed Bang Tao beach where white sand and calm, clear waters combine to create an idyllic tropical setting.The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool and a luxurious bathroom complete with a tub. The second bedroom has two full size queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Sofa bed and WC for additional guests at ground floor living room area. The villa is surrounded by equatorial green and overlooks the pool. Central Air-conditioning in entire villa - including the fully equipped kitchen. The open plan dining and living area feature sliding french doors which lead to your private patio and deck for taking in the poolside and also dining alfresco. Just 10 steps from the patio is a large free form swimming pool, in pool jacuzzi and an excellent poolside restaurant alongside. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hardeep (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
