From the owner

Large detached house situated in Chervenka, Chernomorets, Sozopol, Bulgaria with wonderful sea views from the large 65sqm. roof top terrace. All of the spacious and airy bedrooms have sea views and patio doors leading on to individual balconies. The bedrooms have two single beds each and plenty of wardrobe and storage facilities. The floors are all laid with parquet hardwood. The very large and generous sized lounge is well furnished and leads on to a sizeable terrace through two sets of patio doors. The reception rooms, staircase leading up the three floors of the house, the terrace and patio are all floored with Italian marble, lending an air of real luxury. The seven bathrooms have showers, wash hand basin and toilet. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and has two large fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, oven, electric hob with extractor over. There is ample cupboard space containing the usual kitchen essentials. There is a downstairs utility room opposite the kitchen with a washing machine, toilet and another additional shower. Off road parking is provided for two cars on the driveway which is protected by two large wooden gates, lending an attractive facade to the Villa.

We are more than happy to provide you with any information you may need regarding the Villa, or the area. We also have an English couple who live nearby to the Villa who offer a range of services, such as cleaning, bed, linen changes etc., for an additional charge. They are also on hand should an emergency situation occur, or advise is needed by you for various situations. They also run a very exciting and popular Quad Bike business, whereby you can enjoy a 2 to 2.5 hour safari of the locality of Marinka. Not to be missed!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
