A unique brand new one bedroom luxurious apartment with private courtyard in a converted Chapel within the city walls in the heart of Chester city centre.

Original 1866 features have been immaculately restored, complemented by state of the art fixtures.

Location, location, location, just metres away from the vibrant city shops and restaurants. The high specification and contemporary décor apartment is perfect base for short and long term stays.

Situated on the ground floor of a former Welsh Chapel the Courtyard one bedroom apartment offers a unique city centre stay suitable for a trip to Chester Races, city or leisure weekends and the business traveller.

The boudoir Courtyard is a truly unique private outdoor space which is very rare within with city walls. Furnished with outdoor heaters and comfortable low chairs, its a haven to enjoy all year round.

Tastefully furnished in contemporary and minimalist style a stay in The Courtyard at The Chapel will for sure be a very memorable trip.

* Open plan cloakroom area for shoes and coat which leads to the wide patio doors to the courtyard

* An additional separate WC for any guests to use.

* Open plan lounge kitchen features high specification contemporary style kitchen briefly includes hob, oven, inbuilt microwave and fridge freezer.

* Lounge area featuring Smart TV, sofa, breakfast bar and with stools overlooking the courtyard.

* Mezzanine level is accessed above the kitchen, is a dual space for either quite office space or can be used as chill out zone with the option of an additional mattress area. (please note steps to the mezzanine are bucket style steps, steep in design so unsuitable for small children)

* The Courtyard is a truly special outdoor space installed with timer heaters, mood lighting, comfortable seating allowing you to enjoy all year round.

* Private entry is possible via the back Courtyard as well as the main Chapel entrance.

Why can't I call Janice (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janice (the owner) a message.

If Janice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
