Located in the Southern Adirondack Mountains between Lake George and Gore Mountain Ski Resort our Green Mansions Vacation Condo is the perfect year-round getaway for outdoor lovers, adventure seekers and romantics. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is exceptionally decorated with Adirondack and rustic themes and contains the modern luxuries to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The home has hardwood floors throughout, wood-burning stone fireplace and is meticulously maintained. While staying at Green Mansions, you will have unlimited access to our 8 clay tennis courts and to beautiful Tripp Lake where you can enjoy swimming in our life guarded lake, have free use of kayaks, canoes, row boats and paddle boats, or just relax on our sandy beach. We also have a 9-hole golf course, which has very reasonable greens fees and golf carts are available.

Hello, It was unfortunate that your information from Trip Advisor was unclear. I am sorry for any confusion with the quote that you received from Trip Advisor. Please accept my deepest apologies and know that the inconsistent application of security deposits for different customers by Trip Advisor has frustrated me as well. I have made a formal complaint to them and hope to avoid this happening to any future guest. The reason that I told you "Yes, it is already included in the quotes" is because from what I see on MY end from Trip Advisor, that's true. Trip Advisor handles all of the financial transactions for this rental. In your situation, they never charged the security deposit to your credit card, therefore you would not get a security deposit refund. As you know, it took several discussions between me, you and Trip Advisor to figure out why you received a quote without the security deposit and this discrepancy was discovered. It is my highest priority to ensure a good experience for all of my guests and regret any misunderstanding. Sincerely, Ky Asral, Owner

Clean and well maintained unit a few steps from Tripp lake beach. Only 15 minutes from Lake George village. It's our second stay and we would definitively rent again.

Why can't I call Ky (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ky (the owner) a message.

If Ky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
