Our aim of hosting transiting guests and resettlers into Chiang Mai Thailand is the delivery of a very local experience of a subdistrict yet within 600 meters of banking and postal facilities together with an arcade and local street home cafes. Guests are embraced within an enclave of foliages with lots of private personal spaces. Many local outlets to explore by bicycle or by foot with other various means of transportation that can be arranged be it if you are travelling solo or as a family including pets, we welcome all. We envisage your venturing with us creates new friendships that may possibly last a lifetime. We have uplifted our common area and guests passing through the homestay have reacted positively to the ambiance of warmness, hopefully you will find it the same for your stay. We strive to slowly enhance the environment progressively. We believe in putting in efforts to making your stay more personal.

Catered to the independent couple looking for something different, scenic appreciation and self recollection or couple bonding or for individuals learning to gain independence for and be by themselves. We are available at hand rendering assistance & watching out for you. Our location is located practically for easy venture into nature encasements, historical site explorations, adventures indulgence or simply immensing into the local culture. Many reasons guests takes up residences with us including our own custom curated breakfasts.

Our presence in hospitality has been proven to be homely, having that something extra for personalization and ability to adapt food preferences due to limited number of guests we take in at any instance. We have probably accredited ourselves with the stay and activities which we are accredited to provide ensuring your seamless stay with us. We will try our best to make yourselves most comfortable with the feel of home away from home without the extra leg work of maintaining to achieve it.

That took us by surprise the same but it gave us an inside not taking nature for granted and a comment falling on the premise we set objective to achieve within minutes to modern day amenities yet not clustered in it

A Chang Chun (village) and self sufficient district with its own flavors nested within the city fringe facilitated conveniently by various public transport just 650m at the arcade. It is in brisk walking distance or take one of the bicycles to exercise and explore natural sites like Wiang Khun Kam, around the Mae Ping River, Dhara Dhevi or the nearby mountain ranges covered with nature’s best experiences.

Located parallel to route 3029 highway, google checks shows a line up of local & ethnic choices nest around us. Writers, nature lovers, bird watchers, creative persons, adventurists, couples and the individuals seeking self confidence may find dwelling with us to be within your expectations.

We have natural jogging tracks and a minute to a cyclist highway haven. We are just 5 minutes clear drive from the airport yet away from the smog.

Smoking is only allowed at designated location outside of each room where an astray is placed, this is by way of fire regulations. Pets stay on enquiry case basis & assigned to designated ground level rooms only. Please show orderly & respectable behaviour as we are in a single unit and open village to avoid misunderstanding with fellow villages. Copies of passports will be taken and staying guests must be registered with owners (immigration requirements). key loss assigned are Baht150 each.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hosts provided delicious breakfasts daily, and organised enjoyable trips to attractions that were an easy commute from the residence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Matt (the owner) a message.

If Matt (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
