This superb luxury apartment benefits from two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is situated in the centre of Chichester, West Sussex, yet in a quiet location. The apartment is beautifully furnished to a high standard and enjoys a south facing balcony overlooking a courtyard. The bedrooms look out to an attractive walled garden. It is on the ground floor and has secure underground private parking. The apartment is suitable for holidays, business and longer lets. There is a concierge service. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. It is located 10 minutes from Goodwood and Chichester harbour.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you didn't find the sofas comfortable. The previous sofas were very soft but some guests said they were too soft so we went for a mid "softness' when we replaced them. We will take on board your comments for the future. I'm not sure what minor repairs you found but we do any repairs immediately that are brought to our attention and also a regular check.

Thank you for your feedback. It's very difficult to accommodate individual preferences for beds. We opt for medium firm mattresses with a removable mattress topper for the comfort of guests who prefer a softer mattress. I'm pleased you were happy with the Apartment apart from the beds.

Disappointing, not comfortable.

I have filled in form to indicate our problems at the apartment Bed and settees uncomfortable, unable to put heating on, could not find thermostat. Lighting not good.

The settees were replaced last year for firmer ones as we had some feed back that the other ones were too soft and likewise the bed mattress was replaced in March. It is impossible to cater for the preference of all guests as some like hard and others prefer soft mattresses. We use a medium firm mattress and this seems to satisfy most guests. I did explain that I had just seen the missing light bulb and unfortunately didn't have the appropriate spare one. We have now replaced the light bulb and would have been happy to come back with a new light bulb had I know it was causing you a problem. We take the comfort of our guests very seriously and I'm disappointed you didn't contact me during your stay so we could help you.I could have easily replaced the lightbulb and shown you the heating thermostat which is on the coffee table by the television.

Why can't I call Patricia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patricia (the owner) a message.

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
