NEW property available nice semi-detached house 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, balcony and terrace overlooking the sea.

Located in a quiet area and 50 metres from the beach.

The village has all the facilities and necessary attractions: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc....

The best place for a holiday with your family in the warm Mediterranean Sea.

-The accommodation is a semi-detached house ground floor and 3 plants bright, with lots of space and ideal for a family of 4-5 people.

The House consists of a ground floor with playroom, room with shower for when you get square not go home with sand, Playhouse for children, washing room, play area for tender, eat and could even assemble a pool for children if you are interested.

The first floor has the living room, kitchen, toilet and a terrace or balcony.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and small balcony...

The third floor has a play area or even sleeping children with a couple of beds, folding, as well as a large terrace overlooking the sea with plenty of sunshine and very pleasant evening.

The House has no common areas with any other owner or guest, is just for you.

Price all inclusive, clean linens, towels bath, etc have it...

We will be in contact with you during your stay for everything that the people need has all necessary services: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc... and it is very quiet and pleasant. Addition with proximity to Valencia and Castellón, Sagunto, etc... you'll have everything you need.

And the best to enjoy with the family is that we have the beach and the sea walk from home 50 metres, in a semi-pedestrian street, it is also convenient to go and return home at a time. The beach is a sandy beach with water very pleasant and ideal for the whole family.

The beach has lifeguards, showers and toilets also Xilxes Beach has blue flag awarded by the European Community as a beaches excellent.

I am sure that if you decide to visit us you will enjoy very much our House and its beach.

We recommend coming by car, there is easy parking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
