Vous logerez au coeur du quartier médiéval de Chinon, dans la "Maison Rouge" un grand appartement de charme (115m2) au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur) comprenant 1 chambre 1 lit double 160x190, une chambre 2 lits simples 90x190, 1 salle de bain, toilettes.un vaste séjour avec espace salon,1canapé, fauteuils,1 canapé-lit 1 ou 2 personnes (80x200 ou 160x200), espace salle à manger et cuisine américaine moderne( lave vaisselle , four, micro onde, frigo congélateur,plaques vitrocéramiques, cafetière+filtres , bouilloire, vaisselle complète,...)

PARKINGS :Nous vous offrons une CARTE de STATIONNEMENT qui permet de vous garer très facilement et très près de la Maison Rouge dans tous les parkings de la ville ( sauf 2 parkings) (PLAN des parkings à votre arrivée / FACILE : possibilité également de vous garer en bas de l'appartement quelques minutes afin de déposer vos bagages).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vincent (the owner) a message.

If Vincent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
