Villa sul Lago sorge in prossimità del Lago di Chiusi, in un'area protetta di grande interesse naturalistico.

Da qui si possono fare escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta, a cavallo e in barca. Utilizzando il vecchio sentiero per la manutenzione del Canale Maestro della Chiana, si possono percorrere fino a 60 km chilometri immersi nel silenzio, in un tracciato naturale privo di dislivelli e particolarmente adatto ad un turismo sportivo familiare.

A poca distanza si trovano le città di Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Orvieto, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Cetona, Città della Pieve, Paciano e Panicale. Il Lago Trasimeno è a pochi chilometri.

Il luogo è famoso per le sue sorgenti termali: S. Casciano ai Bagni, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni. Troverete piscine o cascate naturali di acqua calda sulfurea. Chianciano, S.Albino.

E dopo i luoghi d'arte e la natura, potrete saziare il vostro appetito con numerosi itinerari eno-gastronomici, infatti la località ha numerosi prodotti tipici quali: il Brunello di Montalcino, il Nobile di Montepulciano, il Chianti dei Colli Senesi. Olio extravergine d'oliva D.O.P. Terre di Siena, Pecorino di Pienza, la carne Chianina, i Pici, tipica pasta locale e per finire i Cantucci e il Vin Santo.

Per finire agli ospiti della Villa viene offerto periodicamente un corso di introduzione all'assaggio dell'olio l'oliva prodotto dall'azienda.

La villa è circondata da un ampio parco di alberi, rose e cespugli di erbe aromatiche.

Dalla sua piscina, la vista del lago è spettacolare. La perfezione del paesaggio incanta e concede all'ospite la sensazione di un soggiorno rilassante lussuoso e intimo.

All'esterno è presente una tettoia attrezzata per pranzi all'aperto in prossimità della piscina.

È inoltre presente un barbecue, posizionato nel giardino vicino alla tettoia. La villa, in grado di ospitare fino a 9 persone, è stata eretta su un poggio. Gli arredi e le finiture sono curati ed eleganti.

Si accede alla residenza da scala esterna.

La dimora, al primo piano, è composta da:

- una cucina attrezzata con forno, frigo-congelatore, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, macchina per caffè americano, moka e un tavolo da pranzo;

- un soggiorno con camino, TV e un divano letto per due persone;

- due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato con doccia;

- una terza camera con un letto singolo, bagno con doccia e soppalco con due letti singoli.

Privilegiando tecniche biodinamiche, ogni camera è stata dotata di due aperture, per consentire una naturale areazione del locale.

La villa è dotata di zanzariere in tutti gli ambienti.

Una torretta presente al centro della villa permette l’osservazione degli uccelli migratori.

Locale lavanderia a disposizione al piano terra.

Il prezzo di affitto include:

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
