A recent and careful restoration has brought to light and enhanced the unique beauty of this old mansion, dating back to the second half of the nineteenth century and located in a small, lovely village in the countryside of Chiusi, south of Siena. An ancient staircase brick fa 'from exclusive access to the property, structured in a large and bright living room with modern open kitchen with dishwasher and provided everything you need for preparing meals. From the large hall leads to a master bedroom declined in delicate taupe tones and cream (or equipped, alternatively, with two single beds) and on the same lounge overlooks another, bright room with a single bed, characterized by ' combination of furniture from the old flavor with contemporary taste objects. The living is characterized by furnishings in bright, cheerful colors that contrast well with the original ceiling beams of oak and chestnut and with part of the original nineteenth-century plaster paintings, brought to light during the recent restoration. In the large hall there is also a comfortable sofa-double bed and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, through a semi-circular wall, it leads to a hallway / laundry room with state of the washing machine, which is followed by a bathroom with shower, declined in shades of white and restored using materials typical of the territory, also of contemporary taste. On the green hills of the Sienese countryside also it overlooks a beautiful loggia with veranda where a delicious bistro set table invites you to spend relaxing moments, enjoy a delicious breakfast or relax watching the stars, pampered by the gentle breeze of the countryside. The property in the silence of nature and away from city traffic, has a beautiful private grounds, with typical aromatic plants and a tall, stately palm; There is also free parking on site. From the village of Montevenere where the old mansion is you can take numerous hiking trails on foot or mountain bike, marked on maps and the maps of the area.
