From the owner

Located in the exclusive Apollo Beach development on the West Cyprus coast between Paphos and Coral Bay, this Greek – style villa offers stunning views of both the sea and the mountains from different aspects of the property. There are four bedrooms three up one down, a games room with a full size table tennis table, plus a private pool and two patio areas, one with a built – in barbecue plus a separate gas barbecue for the use of guests.

All three floors have air conditioning and central heating for the colder months, including all the bedrooms. There is one full-size en-suite shower room, two fully fitted bathrooms plus a separate WC on the main floor. A fully fitted kitchen including a dish washer leads on to a large open dining and living area, high ceilings and a cleverly designed stairwell allow an airy and cool atmosphere to prevail even in the heart of summer. There is room for 2-3 vehicles parked on the premises up a private driveway.

Easy walking distance to the beach and the coastal pathway which gives walking access to many bars and restaurants along the coast in both directions. Coral Bay and downtown Paphos are within a 15 minute drive from the property.Villa Samantha is a 4 bed detached villa with private pool situated on the Apollo Beach villas on Chloraka sea front and has air conditioning and oil fired central heating. There are solar panels on roof that heat the water, with an immersion heater to top up when required.

There are x4 full size loungers with mattresses and x2 (new) lounger chairs with cushions. There are also x6 patio chairs with cushions (also new) for the patio table. Yes, Beach/Poolside towels are provided and In addition to the table tennis table in the basement, there are some board games. Wi-fi is also available. The villa has a flat screen TV with Netflix . There is a games room with a full sized table tennis table. Also the large family villa has a selection of board games. There is also a DVD player with a selection of films to watch and a blue Ray player

1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 en-suite and a family bathroom. 2 rooms have double beds in them, 1 room has twin beds

Ground floor: Kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and lounge with TV and DVD player, WC.

Basement: Has a double bed, (which can sleep 2 ) plus TV and DVD player, one 'games' room with table tennis table, utility room with washing machine and a large family bathroom.

The gardens to back of the villa contain fruit trees and the Patio at the front of the villa has views to the mountains. Pool area has a patio with views towards the sea Villa Samantha is under 2 minutes walk to the sea front , and there are restaurants and bars nearby within a short walking distance.

This villa sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on a sofa bed plus babies in cots. Cots and high chairs can be supplied at a small extra fee.

The villa has been refurbished with new white goods , Netflix TV, and ceiling fans to all the bedrooms apart from the master bedroom The villa is managed by a Limited company - A caring property management local company who will look after you on the resort - the pool is cleaned and chemically balanced twice a week in the summer months and once in the winter - the villa will be cleaned for your arrival and they keys will be in the safety deposit box for your arrival - You will be issued with a emergency call out number upon your arrival

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Customer Services (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
