This luxurious hill top holiday home, just minutes from beautiful Cheong Mon beach, is set in a large flower and fruit tree garden and is perfectly positioned to capture beautiful views of the sunrise and the sunset over the ocean. To fully take advantage of the scenery, the lounge and kitchen area's bi-folding doors open up onto two large patio dining areas, one with views of the sunrise, the other the sunset.

Three of the five bedrooms are located in a detached building overlooking the infinity pool and offering a high degree of privacy.

The property is decorated elegantly to the highest European standards. Imported from Italy, the fully equipped kitchen features sleek cabinetry and all of the modern appliances guests require. In addition to bar seating around the kitchen island, there are both east- and west-facing outdoor dining areas. The lounge also contains a hi-tech entertainment system, with a 50 inch TV, Apple TV, Internet streaming, Bose speakers, DVD. High speed internet is available in all rooms.

There are five air-conditioned bedrooms to comfortably sleep 10 guests, though there is the possibility of additional roll-out beds for children. Bi-folding doors with fly screens offer the choice of sleeping naturally in the fresh air. All bedrooms are decorated with local art work and feature soft, luxurious linens.

Guests benefit from a live-in maid/chef in her own separate quarters, which means that cleaning and laundry are done daily. Guests can utilise the modern kitchen to prepare meals. The maid is a professional chef who can prepare gourmet meals for the guests for a small additional charge.

Outdoor amenities available to guests abound: there is a private 14-metre infinity swimming pool, a tennis court shared amongst the 14 Villas of the estate, Badminton Courts and Gym close by. There are 2 tennis and 2 badminton rackets in the Villa for guest use.

There is also a games room on the premises with a full-size snooker/pool table and blue-tooth music centre. A sala with a queen sized bed provides a quiet relaxation area.

Mindfullness yoga and meditation classes can be arranged in the Villa for with a qualified Thai teacher.

Masseurs can also be arranged to provide massage in the Sala.

An English/Thai speaking concierge is available to arrange car hire, activity trips etc. The fridge can be pre-stocked if the guests notify us of their requirements at cost. Airport pickup can also be arranged.

The Villa is situated in a gated community with 24 hour security just a 10 minute drive from the airport. The beautiful Cheong Mon beach with its many restaurants and bars is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The popular resorts of Fisherman's village and Chaweng are less than a 15 minute drive away. The Airport is 10 minutes drive.

The plot size is approximately 2,500 square metres and the covered useable area of the Villa is approximately 400 square metres NOT including maid's quarters, storage room, garage, patios etc.

A generator ensures a liveable environment including wifi even in the case of the occasional Thai blackout.

Electricity usage is charged at 7THB per unit.

How do damage deposits work?
